Intralox, L.L.C., has an opening for a Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement (CE) Functional Developer working within our Digital Solutions team. We are looking for a Functional Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) Developer to support our internal technical teams. The successful candidate will work closely with Solution Leads and Functional Analysts to implement designs and develop solutions based on established requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices in Dynamics 365 CE.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Solution Leads and Functional Analysts to understand solution designs and requirements.
  • Configure Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field service and CanvasApps) based on pre-defined specifications using Power Platform tools, including Power Automates, Workflows, Business Rules.
  • Assist in testing customizations, including plugins, workflows, CanvasApps and integrations developed by other team members.
  • Support business system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), and troubleshoot issues and bugs to ensure solutions meet functional and technical requirements.
  • Provide post-implementation support, resolving configuration-related issues and assisting with testing updates.
  • Stay informed of new Dynamics 365 CE features and updates to enhance configurations and testing processes.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE platform
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile Scrum development framework
  • Solid understanding of relational database concepts
  • Strong skills in configuring and customizing D365 CE modules
  • Must be detail-oriented and have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills a must
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a development team
  • Must be self-managed
Preferred:
  • Knowledge in omnichannel, portals and CanvasApps
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or D365 CE certifications.
  • Familiarity with Azure services, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience integrating external systems into Dynamics 365 CE.
