Ping is looking for a Sr. Marketing Operations Manager to join our MOps team, supporting our AMER Demand Gen team.

In this role, you will enable the AMER Demand Gen marketers to drive consistent pipeline growth. You will create, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns, while ensuring timeliness and accuracy. You will be aligned to our AMER Demand Gen team but will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and measurable marketing programs that contribute to our company goals and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities:



  • Set the AMER Demand Gen and Sales teams up for success by accurately managing everything from marketing campaign and program setup, to email building and reporting, lead scoring, and the Marketo/ Salesforce sync.
  • Ensure that no leads are left behind, and that every relevant engagement is accounted for. As needed, deep investigative work to uncover the root cause of errors in the programs or across the tech stack.
  • Work closely with MOps team members as well as our external agency to manage the queue of tickets, which includes tasks such as SFDC campaign set-up, list uploads, email and nurture program creation, testing, segmentation, list builds, webinars. Ensure all tickets hit our SLAs.
  • Analyze operational and performance data against benchmarks, generate actionable insights, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage the marketing database for the AMER team, including data acquisition and enrichment is done in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on campaign execution, MOps processes and innovation, as well as to address challenges and opportunities.


Qualifications



  • 8+ years of experience in a Marketing Operations or Marketing Technology role (preferably in the Enterprise B2B tech) with deep expertise in Marketo and Salesforce. Marketo Certified Expert ideal, preferably Salesforce Administrator knowledge.
  • Ability to identify and solve complex problems, across multiple systems.
  • Must be an effective communicator (written and verbal), with an ability to manage multiple priorities on tight deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of marketing attribution, as well as lead, contact, and account scoring and management.
  • Strong experience with email marketing, including deliverability requirements and best practices.


Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000

In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
