Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations. Responsible for leading cross-functional and enterprise-wide initiatives to enhance systems, structure, and processes for effective product management. This focuses on project management. This role works closely with cross-departmental teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership to drive efficient project execution and continuous organizational improvement. This role requires strong leadership, extensive experience in program management, and expertise in change management practices.Maintains contact with customers, as necessary, and participates in key sales situations to develop rapport which best benefits the Company and customer mutually.Provides deliverables and status reporting to C-suite and other key stakeholders.Reports to the top executive on the Product Line team.
