Electrical Engineer Co-op

Regal Rexnord Fort Wayne, IN facility has a rotational co-op program with positions working in our Sound Lab, Agency Lab and New Product Development Group for both our Large OEM customers and General Industries customers. In the Sound Lab role, you will be working side by side with our Analytical Chief of Sound and Vibration working on customer returns/complaints, cost out projects, and new product development testing using the anechoic chamber and analytical software. In the Agency Lab role, you will be working side by side with our Agency Engineers and Technicians testing our products to 3rd party agency regulations and helping with the documentation required. In the New Product Development Role, you will be working with Project Leads and Design Engineers assisting with testing new designs and working on improvements, as well as working with quality concerns and cost out projects.

Mechanical Engineer Co-op

Regal Rexnord Fort Wayne, IN facility has a rotational co-op program with positions working in our Materials Lab, Sound Lab, and New Product Development Group for both our Large OEM customers and General Industries customers. In the Materials Lab role, you will be working side by side with our Chemist working on failure analysis and component qualifications using metallurgical equipment and mechanical test equipment such as Mechanical Tensile Test, Rockwell Hardness Test, and much more. In the Sound Lab role, you will be working side by side with our Analytical Chief of Sound and Vibration working on customer returns/complaints, cost out projects, and new product development testing using the anechoic chamber and analytical software. In the New Product Development Role, you will be working with Project Leads and Design Engineers assisting with testing new designs and working on improvements, as well as working with quality concerns and cost out projects.
