Internship Duration: Summer 2025

Simmons Bank is offering an exciting internship with the Private Wealth Portfolio Management team in Springfield, MO. This position provides current college students with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in investment asset management and client relations, while being mentored by an experienced Portfolio Manager.

• Work closely with the Portfolio Manager on various projects and client-related tasks.
• Assist with portfolio management processes, reporting, and data entry using different systems.
• Take detailed notes during meetings with prospective and current clients.
• Participate in professional development activities, including industry conferences and networking opportunities.

• Pursuing a degree in business or a related field, with at least sophomore standing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management, project management, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Positive attitude, ability to learn quickly, and a team-oriented mindset.

• Learn from company executives and gain exposure to Simmons Bank's culture.
• Hear from company executives through weekly lunch & learns
• Participate in internship programming, such as volunteer outings and networking events
• Gain real-world experience in investment asset management.
