The Human Resources Business Partner serves as the business partner to business line or support unit leadership, providing core human resource service supporting the strategic needs of organization. Anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs and trends in partnership with business management. Interprets internal or external issues and recommends solutions and best practices. Solves complex problems and takes a broad perspective to identify solutions.

This person will also:

  • Contribute to the business strategy by helping business leaders to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes. Facilitate long-term initiatives aligned with strategic goals.

  • Support line managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements in line with the function/business strategy.

  • Provide expert advice and coaching to business line partners and colleagues around expense control, salary administrations, talent assessment and development, performance management, etc.

  • Identify and drive the communication and sharing of best practices across functions to facilitate continuous improvement. Ensure that a strong leadership and coaching culture permeates the organization.

  • Serve as a liaison between the customer and HR to ensure that HR services are aligned with internal customer needs.

  • Maintain knowledge of progressive HR practices and key trends.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Human Resources. Required

Experience

  • 4-7 years Within Human Resources team and partnered with mid- and senior-level leadership. Required

Licenses and Certifications

  • PHR - Professional Human Resources. Preferred

  • SPHR - Senior Professional Human Resources. Preferred

  • SHRM - CP (Certified Professional Human Resources) Preferred

  • SHRM - SCP (Senior Certified Professional Human Resources) Preferred
