About the Position This Youth Development interim 4-H Program Assistant position manages the day-to-day coordination and delivery of local (county) 4-H programming due to temporary vacancy. Candidates are expected to be onsite in a specific county office location and be present in the community in which this position supports; this position is not relocation reimbursement eligible. Hours will vary and will include evenings and weekends. This interim 4-H Program Assistant will manage and steward the 4-H Youth Development program under the direct supervision of the Program Leader. Duties of this position include but are not limited to: Program Coordination - 40%
Volunteer Coordination - 35%
Marketing, Recruitment, Evaluation & Reporting Support- 15%
4-H Program Operations - 10%

Pay and Benefits
