Project Manager - Integration Specialist

Our client, a leader in their industry, has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager with strong integration experience. This role is pivotal in driving integration plans, identifying dependencies, and coordinating with senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong project management skills and the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.

Rate: $65 - $75 / hr. w2

• Engage with a large range of executives (including VPs)
• Drive conversations and deadlines
• Develop and manage detailed project plans and workflows.
• Create presentations and spreadsheets to support project initiatives.
• Coordinate and drive integration plans with senior stakeholders.
• Conduct weekly project status updates and bi-weekly meetings.
• Manage administrative tasks, including status reports and updates to the Integration Management Office (IMO).
• Identify and plan integration steps and training for change management.
• Facilitate communication among senior level stakeholders.

• Over 5 years of experience in project management and integration.
• Experience in managing senior stakeholders.
• Ability to drive conversations with limited information.
• Financial experience is preferred for understanding industry terminology.
• Highly Organized
• Intergration experience
• PMP certification is a plus but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field (preferred).
