Job Summary:
Join the client services team at UW Veterinary Care! This position performs administrative and customer service support for UW Veterinary Care (UWVC), to provide exemplary customer service to all clients, clinicians, and staff and ensure smooth administrative operations and optimize patient care. This essential position will support both hospital call center and medical records functions and will perform duties under limited supervision. Responsibilities: Performs administrative and customer service support in an office setting within a healthcare facility or clinic to provide quality customer service to all patients and staff and ensure smooth administrative operations.

Education: Required Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year of clerical experience preferred, particularly in a medical setting. Experience in a call center strongly preferred, and knowledge of medical terminology strongly preferred.
