The Department Of Community Practice Job Description
The Sr Finance & Accounting Analyst processes invoices and credits and ensures utilization of available discounts on purchases. Completing daily CRRs for the purpose of recording deposits. The position ensures the accuracy of computer finance accounts and billing. This position is also responsible for processing the departmental one card statements. This position works as a part of a team and assists in all areas as needed. Essential functions: Accurately verify and process approximately 15,000 invoices and totaling approximately $30M annually. Analyze financial impact of outstanding charge backs and credits. When possible, reduce invoice processing time by reviewing and recommending A/P procedures for automating invoices vs. the time-consuming process of printing invoices, sorting them alphabetically, and then reviewing the hard copy when performing the three-way matching process. Oversee all One Card activity for the Department of Community Practice. Analyze one card statements to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. Facilitate the processing of lower dollar requisitions into purchase orders and assure that processes related to acquisition are conducted in a consistent and thorough manner ARBI-External Billing, Cash and Check Deposit; Travel & Expense Reimbursement (Employee and Student); Supplier/Vendor Request; Non-

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Anticipated Hiring Range
