Respiratory Care Technician Position Highlights: Position: Respiratory Care Technician Location: Northwest Community Hospital - Arlington Heights, IL Part Time: Per Diem Hours: Days, Between the hours of (7am - 7:30pm), Rotating weekends General Summary: Reporting to the Director of Respiratory Care/Neurodiagnostics, the Respiratory Care Technician performs basic respiratory therapy techniques, equipment cleaning, maintenance, and basic diagnostic procedures under clinical guidance of staff Respiratory Therapists. What you will need: Education: Must be currently attending, in good standing, an AMA approved school of respiratory therapy with successful completion of at least half of program, i.e. 1 year of 2 year program or 2 years of 4 year program Certification: Current CPR certification.
