Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Attends Terminal, roadway, and airfield project meetings to assess time and space schedule impacts across CIP program. Review new projects for time and space conflicts, impacts to ongoing construction projects and operational impacts. Conduct reviews of project submittals phasing plan and site logistics plans, as submitted through the ASR and LIR process.

Comment and schedule site walks as needed. Leads assessments of program logistics and creates reports and communication regarding logistics on multiple projects. Actively oversees ongoing logistics and changes.

Minimum Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning or other related technical field required. Master's degree preferred.
  • 15 years or more experience, preferably on airport building programs or similar complex building programs.
  • Relevant professional licenses & certifications preferred. Certifications may include AAAE, LEED, PMP, PE, AICP, etc.

Offered rate of compensation will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including education, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The Salary range for this position is $118,000-$130,000.
