Entegris is seeking a Corporate Accounting Manager who will be an integral part of the Corporate Accounting function. This individual will be responsible for the North America Company Codes in SAP and will serve as a resource to all global regional accounting teams. The role is located in Chaska, MN and will report to Entegris' Senior Corporate Accounting Manager.

The role:

Month/Quarter Close:

  • Manage the month-end close and reporting process for all North American entities inclusive of cadence of activities and adhering to producing timely results.

  • Booking and analysis of accruals and revenue deferrals after a detailed analysis in coordination with management.

  • Perform various levels of reporting including but not limited to integration projects, Management Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) reports and PP&E consolidated reporting, etc.

  • Master data administrator for profit centers and cost centers within ERP system

  • Lease accountant for US and oversee lease accounting software for all entities

  • Business Partner with Business/Divisions on requests pertaining to General Accounting inclusive of ad hoc analysis, troubleshooting, etc.

  • Provide research, analysis, and assistance to managers as requested throughout the organization including being a subject matter expert and point of reference and guidance for our regional accounting teams.

  • Prepare account reconciliations, including supporting documentation, identify discrepancies and propose solutions to address issues.

  • Approve account reconciliations for several staff accountants and various member of Finance.

  • Interact with IT to research and troubleshoot SAP issues timely.

  • Serve as the system administrator for Blackline (Account Reconciliation and Task Management tool).

  • Support guidance from the Controllership management function through planned initiatives and ad hoc areas.

  • Effectively coordinate and communicate with FP&A related projects such as AOP and forecasting interactions.

  • Key resource for ERP migrations and projects and other key Corporate projects as developed

  • Assist with SOX, Internal and External Audits as needed

  • Assist with ad hoc reporting and projects as needed

  • Other duties and responsibilities as needed and assigned

Management:

  • Manage a team of two direct reports and establish goals and objectives annually aligning with Controllership strategies. Monitor and advise on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff.

  • Provide training and perform evaluations of team.

  • Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.

  • Collaborates with the other finance department managers to support overall department goals and objectives.

  • Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

What we seek:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

  • Advanced functionality of Excel

  • SAP experience preferred

  • CPA license preferred

  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing company with 3+ years of direct management experience ideal
