As a Billing Representative - Third Party you'll play a critical role in creating a quality experience that impacts the financial well-being of our patients. You'll be the expert problem solver as you work to quickly identify, analyze and resolve issues in a fast paced environment. If selected for this position, it is required that you successfully complete the UnitedHealth Group new hire training and demonstrate proficiency to continue in the role. This position is full time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00 am - 3:30 pm EST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Employees are required to work some days onsite and some days from home. We offer 4 weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be aligned with your schedule. If you are within commutable distance to the office at PA007 - PA007 - Newtown Square-15 Campus Blvd, you will have the flexibility to work from home and the office in this hybrid role* as you take on some tough challenges.
