The Opportunity

Adobe is seeking a dynamic Finance Lead to provide critical analytical and strategic support for Digital Media Cloud Finance. As we continue to pioneer product innovation and feature releases, you will play a central role in planning, forecasting, and reporting cloud spend for GenAI products, features, and platforms. Reporting to the Senior Finance Director, you'll drive alignment and accountability within cross-functional teams and deliver insights that influence key decision-making at the Executive Team (CEO/CFO) level.

What You'll Do

  • Drive GenAI cloud spend consolidations across DMe products, features, and platforms, delivering trend analysis, budget variance summaries, and shaping executive-level narratives.
  • Build partnerships with Engineering, Product, and BU Finance leadership to deliver GenAI strategies, co-develop operational and financial metrics, and foster accountability in a cross-functional environment.
  • Support value-driven cloud spend through validating GenAI business cases, supporting cloud usage strategy, and driving accountability across operational and financial initiatives.
  • Drive efficiency reporting and performance narrative, including tracking spend, usage, and unit costs to align with cloud budget targets. Ensure accuracy and success in hitting efficiency goals.
  • Co-lead the development and continuous optimization of executive-facing financial tools in partnership with the Cloud Finance data & tooling team, ensuring end-to-end insight into key operational and financial metrics.
  • Tackle high-impact projects that address uncertainty, complex data limitations, and competing partner needs, delivering innovative financial solutions.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Deep financial modeling experience with a track record of creating dynamic forecasts, analyzing complex data, and identifying trends.
  • Exceptional partnership and leadership skills, with ability to handle partner needs and align different perspectives to drive impact in a matrixed organization.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to present complex insights for partners across functions and seniority.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for improvement in processes that evolve with business growth and technological advancements.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential; experience with Anaplan, PowerBI, and Tableau, along with familiarity with SQL, Python, or R, is a plus.

Preferred qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in FP&A or related analytical roles, with a deep understanding of cloud services and SaaS business models.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or related field; MBA preferred but not required.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $108,600 -- $224,000 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
