Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position scheduled to work Monday through Friday, with core hours between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Applicants hired into this position can work hybrid from WI or IL. This will be discussed during the interview process.

We are seeking a Manager, IS Project Manager - Resource Management to:



  • Manage, develop, and lead Project Managers in the IS & Informatics PMO
  • Lead Resource Management for the IS & Informatics PMO to ensure the allocation of resources are deployed to the right projects to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement resource management strategies and processes to optimize the use of resources across multiple projects and programs.
  • Maintain a comprehensive view of resource availability and demand, ensuring that resource capacity is aligned with organizational priorities and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and best practices related to resource management and project delivery.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be adept at navigating complex organizational structures to achieve project objectives.
  • Be a dynamic and proactive individual who is passionate about resource management and committed to driving the success of our projects and programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field Preferred

Work Experience

  • 5 years significant project leadership in Healthcare IT and/or analytics Preferred
  • 2 years increasing leadership responsibilities Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

  • PMP, PMI-ACP, PfMP, PSM I, PSM II or similar project/portfolio management certification Preferred
  • ITIL, Six Sigma, Lean Preferred
  • Technical certifications relevant to area of expertise (Epic, Cisco, VMWare, etc) Preferred
