Client: Utilities Organization Role: HR/Payroll Administrator Salary: $85,000 - $95,000/annually + Benefits Location: North Bergen, NJ - 5 days a week in office Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm - (Monday - Friday) Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated HR/Payroll Administrator to manage our company's payroll functions and assist with various HR duties. This role is integral to the smooth running of our HR and payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and policies. Key Responsibilities: - Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Maintain payroll records and manage payroll queries and adjustments. - Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs. - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices. - Facilitate HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management. - Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. - Provide support for various HR projects, such as training and development, performance management, and employee relations. - Generate reports for management regarding payroll and HR activities.
