Your Impact: As the National Accounts Manager - Graphic Packaging, you'll be at the helm of our high graphics sales strategy, focusing on high-speed digital pre-print and our extensive graphic solutions. Your mission: drive revenue growth, foster innovation, and win new accounts by providing unmatched value to our customers.

Where You'll Work: This home-based role offers flexibility with 30-40% travel across the U.S. You'll connect with prospects, customers, and our internal teams at GP Hummingbird facilities, ensuring collaboration and alignment to our strategic goals.

What Is In It For You: We offer a competitive base salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000, along with performance-based incentives that reward your success. What You Will Do

* Develop and execute a sales strategy focused on high-speed digital pre-print and our high graphic solutions. Drive value through revenue growth and innovation.
* Use your consultative sales approach to identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that set us apart from the competition.
* Prospect, identify, and close new accounts, owning the sales process from start to finish.
* Manage and nurture relationships with decision-makers, ensuring our value proposition aligns with their business objectives.
* Lead cross-functional initiatives that drive success, working with our commercial and operations teams to achieve shared goals.
* Keep a pulse on the market, continuously learning and adapting to the evolving landscape to stay ahead of the competition.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

* Proven B2B sales experience and direct expertise in the corrugated, paper, or packaging industry.
* Strong business acumen with a knack for solution-based technical selling.
* Deep understanding of the sales process from prospecting to closing.
* Willingness to travel up to 30-40% across the US, including overnight stays when necessary.

What Will Put You Ahead

* Experience with lithographic, flexographic or digital printing.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
* Proven track record in lead generation and building a robust sales pipeline.
* Experience working with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) customers.
* A commitment to lifelong learning, demonstrated by ongoing education or technical training.
