As the Manager, Business Analysis & Integration, you will establish goals, provide advice and counsel, and direct team relative to the deployment of the Global Transportation Management System (TMS) product Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) for new and converting clients. You will lead a team of professionals to meet operational objectives and achieve positive results.

What you'll do on a typical day:

• Establishes goals, provides advice and counsel, and directs team relative to the deployment of the Global Transportation Management System (TMS) product Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) for new and converting clients.
• Leads a team of professionals to meet operational objectives and achieve positive results.
• Documents requirements, designs solutions, performs system configuration, E2E testing, provides system training for Operations users, supports User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provides post launch troubleshooting support.
• Identifies and implements improvements to existing operational systems.
• Conducts POC's to ensure feasibility of solutions.
• Conducts costing and enhancement request review meetings with Operations teams.
• Monitors all Transportation Advisory Board (TAB) Costing Request (CR)'s and Work Request (WR)'s.
• Ensures all information required for analysis is accurately captured.
• Participates in Joint Planning Session (JPS) meetings with customers to ensure complete understanding of requirements.
• Co-leads Value Stream Map (VSM) walkthrough with Operation lead and documents all requirements.
• Writes a complete Business Requirements Document (BRD) for the overall project as well as individual BRDs for each piece of new functionality needed.
• Develops value-added approaches to TMS project challenges by employing analysis, innovation and experience.
• Conceptualizes and designs OTM solutions based on established requirements.
• Conducts gap analyses for each new solution.
• Interfaces with client and business teams to fully and accurately define requirements and solutions approach.
• Participates in JPS sessions with internal and external customers to understand requirements.
• Conducts gap analysis after each requirements gathering session to determine solution approach.
• Documents all requirements in a BRD, each BRD requires an internal and external customer signoff before proceeding with gap analysis and solution.
• Builds and improves strategic relationships with client senior management.
• Participates in JPS meetings with client senior management.
• Participates in weekly status meetings with client senior management.

What you need to succeed at RXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree Logistics, Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering, Operations or Management Information Systems or closely related field.
• Requires five (5) years of experience as a Manager, Business Analysis & Integration, Senior Consultant, or related.
• Experience must include five (5) years of post-bachelor's progressive experience in all of the following:
  • Full Life Cycle Implementation of Oracle Transport Management Solution (Oracle VCE);
  • Additional Enhancements to Existing Oracle Implementations;
  • Supporting Existing Oracle Implementations;
  • Training Users on the Implemented Oracle Product;
  • Onsite Coordination.
