We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst and Business Process Specialist who is driven to enhance business operations with a focus on privacy and compliance to join our project team at a major Federal agency. US Citizenship is required for this role. In addition, the selected applicant must submit to a government background investigation and be favorably adjudicated before their first day. The Senior Business Analyst supports the development and modernization of business processes for the Senior Agency Official for Privacy (SAOP). This includes assessing workflows and business processes to identify areas of privacy risk reduction, ensuring appropriate documentation required by law, and compiling content for agency-wide and role-based privacy training. This includes managing and facilitating meetings, weekly meeting briefing preparation, and meeting minutes. He/she collaborates with the client to understand the compliance requirements for records management and other information disclosure laws, including the Freedom of Information Act. Any candidate applying for this position should have readily identifiable business process management experience and exhibit great attention to detail, understand the importance of getting the correct information to the correct person to make informed decisions and adapt quickly to changing circumstances. The ideal candidate is someone who shows initiative and can manage multiple tasks in a small amount of time.
