SRG Global is looking for a Vice President of Human Resources to join our team in Troy, MI!

You will join a principled based team that continuously challenges the status quo. Collaborating with multiple functions within operations, development, and transformative capabilities to create mutual benefit.

What You Will Do

* Develop and implement ground-up human resources strategies to support the long-term growth and development of the company
* Provide strategic partnering with the leadership team in the cultural evolution of the business
* Lead all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, total rewards and compliance
* Manage the company's talent acquisition and retention functions to provide strategic and tactical support to senior management
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including EEO and OSHA standards
* Lead the preparation and execution of employee engagement and development programs
* Develop and manage HR policies and procedures to ensure fairness and consistency in employee treatment
* Provide leadership and direction to the HR team
* Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement business plans and HR strategies
* Assess and manage human resource risks, including employee turnover and legal compliance
* Lead initiatives for organizational development, including change management and succession planning
* Develop and implement strategies for compensation optimization
* Provide strategic HR input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* Progressive experience in human resources management with at least 5 years in a global senior leadership role
* Strong understanding of talent management, employee relations, and performance management
* Proven experience in managing an HR team and working collaboratively with other departments

What Will Put You Ahead

* Experience in the automotive industry or manufacturing sector
* Experience in the managing complex union and worker council agreements
* Experience integrating organizations with different cultures
* Proven track record of leading successful organizational development initiatives
* Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification
* Experience in strategic planning and execution
