Enterprise Project Manager is responsible for independently managing projects running across multiple functions and lines of business. This may include discovery and analysis, implementation/integration/upgrade of vendor technology solutions to meet identified business needs and fit within the overall strategic roadmap of the Bank.
The role will require project planning, resource planning and management, budget management, stakeholder management, risk/issue management, change management, communications management, and vendor relationship management where applicable.
The Project Manager will also assist with monitoring the adherence to the project management methodology and disciplines as defined by the Project Management Office.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Cover all aspects of project management including planning, delivering to time and budget, managing the project team and stakeholder relationships.
- Leads in the preparation of project artifacts throughout the project lifecycle, from inception through execution and closure (e.g. business case, financial analysis, risk register, test plan, change requests, lessons learnt, etc.)
- Quickly grasp the high-level business requirements of each project and finalize the approach, estimates and plan together with Technology and Business representatives and communicate the key milestones and timeline.
- Take ownership of project delivery within the allotted time and budget, and proactively communicate delivery against the agreed plan in regular status reporting.
- Communicate effectively at senior levels within Business, Operations, Risk, Audit, Finance and Technology teams, as well as all impacted departments. Additionally, communication with third party vendors will be a key part of the role.
- Identify and manage project scope changes and their impacts across the project lifecycle and ensure deliveries are in line with business requirements.
- Possess a detailed understanding of the business areas involved in the project and be able to promptly understand and assist with translating business requirements into technology solutions and vice versa.
- Support the Technology, and all Business teams involved in a project through the full SDLC (where applicable). This includes ensuring initial analysis is accurate, managing third party vendors, application support teams and working with the business through the UAT phase and ensuring business requirements are met by the system.
- Assist in tracking and reporting on project portfolio performance including schedule and budget variances, providing real time, comprehensive, and prioritized view of all projects using enterprise system of record; develop portfolio status reports to provide to senior management.
- Assist in managing resource allocation to support the project portfolio, including adjustments based on emerging business or technical opportunities or challenges.
- Assist with identifying and resolving project issues including resource capacity constraints, risk exposure and interdependencies across project portfolio.
Required Skills:
- Strong MS Office tools proficiency required including Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Ability driving solutions that span IT, Core Banking - Investment Operations, Finance, Treasury, Compliance, Risk, Legal and Credit etc.

Required Experience:
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of 3 years of related project management experience.
Preferred Experience:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
Banking experience.
