Overview
Concentra is looking to identify a Human Resources Director to support leadership and colleagues throughout the South Central region, which includes Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas. As a HR Regional Director, you will partner with and support the regional team in corporate and regional initiatives of service delivery, driving key business metrics, clinician support and growing core business. Functioning as the HR strategic business partner to the team and providing guidance, options and support of human resource functions such as workforce planning, engagement, retention and leadership development.

Qualifications
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Major: Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Degree must be from an accredited college or university.
- In lieu of undergraduate degree, the ratio is 1:1 meaning one year of college is equal to one year of work experience
- Strong understanding of federal employment laws and state-specific requirements of the applicable region
Job Related Experience: Customarily has at least the following experience:
- Customarily has at least seven or more years of general human resource experience
- Multi-state responsibility, preferred
- Healthcare experience, preferred
