The Division of Infectious Diseases, University of Pittsburgh, invites applications for a tenure-stream faculty position at the ASSISTANT or ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR level. Applicants should have a Ph.D. and/or M.D. with interest in fungal genomics, pathogenesis, and antifungal resistance Ongoing or anticipated R01 or equivalent funding is required. Startup resources and compensation are available commensurate with experience.

General rank requirements: An assistant professor should have demonstrated teaching ability, experience in advanced study and research, or professional experience of a kind that would enable them to make an academic contribution. An associate professor will have a strong experience with an impactful scholarship, a local, regional, and developing national/international reputation, effectiveness as a teacher, and service.
