Summary
The Supervisor, Customer Technology Programs is responsible for implementation support of customer-sited technology products, programs, and services. This role will partner closely with APS's IT organizations and oversee the work ofC2GS's team that supports the planning and implementation of APS's IT projects, including a Product Owner and Business Operations Analyst. This work supports the development and management of the renewable energy program, demand side management program, customer sustainability, or related distributed energy resources products/services. This role will ensure that C2GS's IT integrations are managed to maximize benefit to APS customers and the corporation. Reports to senior and executive management on program status and advises on strategic issues. May represent the Company with media and regulators for applicable programs. Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, engineering or marketing and five (5) years of related marketing, customer service, or utility experience. Major Accountabilities
