We are looking for a qualified candidate for the position of EDI Mapping Analyst at our corporate facility in Glen Allen, VA. The EDI Mapping Analyst will be responsible for creating and maintaining maps for EDI transaction sets required by our trading partners, including managing updates for changes and onboarding new partners. Additionally, this role involves providing pre- and post-production support to ensure customer compliance and conducting root cause analysis related to EDI transaction failures. This position is hybrid, requiring on-site presence three days a week.,

Responsibilities of the position include:

• Provide updates to current or create new maps as customer requirements change.
• Creates, develops, and produces mapping documents.
• Collaborates with programmers and internal staff to develop and test new or modified systems.
• Facilitate onboarding of new accounts by testing transactions from maps either directly with customer ID or through third-party vendors such as Commerce Hub and SPS Commerce.
• Monitor and troubleshoot daily errors and provide production support as needed.

Requirements of the position include:

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CSV files, Notepad ++
• Working knowledge of EDI transaction sets and terminology.
• Experience with EDI mapping preferably within True Commerce.
• Ability to work effectively independently and within a team.
• High analytical and strong problem-solving skills.
• ERP experience Order to Cash-preferably with Epicor.
