Description

Primary Purpose:

Assist branch personnel with questions and issues regarding Loan Platform, ALS, NetTrax, loan documentation, regulatory compliance, and exceptions.



  • Assist lending staff in the retail banking locations with all processes in Loan Operations including, but not limited to, compliance, loan documentation, software, federal and state regulations, and bank policy and procedures.
  • Answer lending related questions from lending staff.
  • Accurately communicate information to lending staff in accordance with loan policy and procedures.
  • Identify and resolve issues or questions submitted by lending staff in a timely manner
  • Work daily reports to ensure loans are setup and functioning properly


Job Specifications:



  • High School Diploma
  • College degree or applicable work experience
  • Good organizational and analytical skills
  • Understanding of loan products and functionality
  • Professional written and oral communication skill.
  • Ability to operate standard computer and office equipment
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments as workflow is adjusted for regulatory and workflow changes
