Job Description:

The Production Controller, CMO provides direct support for CMO Manufacturing Manager(s) in the planning, scheduling and preparedness for CMO areas, coordinating with Business Development, Planning and Supply Chain.

1. Works with Supply Chain Production Planners (SCPP) to utilize SAP schedules to build efficient hourly schedules
2. Uses Excel for revising, maintaining hourly schedules, maintains Material Master file
3. Builds and maintains sterilizer hourly schedules
4. Prepares checklists and ensures components and material is delivered and staged
5. Works with Maintenance, Engineering, Metrology & SCPP departments for scheduling equipment work on the lines
6. Involved with Shutdown planning and Return to Service timelines and tracking
7. Attends and contributes to weekly production scheduling meetings
8. Attends new Project/Client meetings with Business Development to itemize information pertinent to scheduling
9. Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for tracking various data
10. Prepare PowerPoint slides and Excel graphs for presenting scheduling metrics

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) is Required. Associates in Computer Science or Business desired.
• 3+ years relevant experience, 4+ years desired.
• Must have experience in a pharmaceutical organization with proven ability to schedule a combination of activity such as Formulation, Turnarounds, CSDs, Prepping, Filling, etc.
• Must have experience with SAP, Excel data entry, building spreadsheets and inputs basic formulas.
• Advanced computer and software skills: SAP, Excel, Word, PowerPoint (desired)
• Strong planning, scheduling, logistical skills
• Flexibility for donning ISO8 gowns for occasional entry into ISO8, walking within facility, standing.

Shift & Location: Variable flexible hours TBD with discussion during interview process. This is an on-site, full-time position located in Spokane, WA.

Compensation:

• Hiring Wage: $70,000 - $120,000 annually depending on experience, with opportunity for growth, promotion and annual raises. See full list of benefits below for our complete compensation package.
