Advantage xPO is hiring a new Maintenance Technician with at least three years of commercial experience. The candidate selected will be responsible for delivering effective, efficient, and timely delivery of the Company's line of services to multiple customers within an assigned geographic territory. Did we forget to mention the outstanding sign-on bonus being offered in time for the holidays?

Pay rate: $25 - $40 per hour + $1,500 sign-on bonus potential

1st Shift Hours: 7:30 AM - 5 PM, Monday-Friday

Requirements:



  • High school diploma or Degree/Certification, or equivalent professional experience in Landscaping, Trades (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, etc), or Specialty Floor Care (preferred).
  • 3+ years of commercial experience including electrical plumbing, and carpentry.
  • Experience in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Possess applicable certifications, licenses, and valid driver's license in good standing.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, writing, communication, mechanical, troubleshooting, time management, and computer skills (Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, etc).
  • Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.
  • Maintain adequate knowledge of and comply with OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and Company safety policies at all times.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to travel locally.



Maintenance Technician Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair commercial properties. Tasks include electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance. Utilize lifts and ladders for tasks, complete paperwork accurately, and maintain the cleanliness of facilities.
