Heating and Cooling Technician

• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems for commercial properties, ensuring all systems are running smoothly.
• Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC systems, diagnosing and addressing issues.
• Replace faulty or outdated components, restoring systems to optimal function.
• Test and verify system performance, ensuring everything is operating correctly.
• Respond promptly to emergency service calls and address urgent issues as needed.
• Document all work performed in detail for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Work independently while collaborating with a dynamic team when needed.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years of HVAC or general maintenance experience, including knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems.
• EPA Universal Certification for HVAC and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel between properties as required.
