Pay Rate: $30 - $35 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 As an HVAC Technician, you'll be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in commercial properties. You'll play a key role in ensuring that heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems are operating at peak efficiency, while delivering exceptional customer service along the way. Responsibilities: Inspect and maintain existing HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions, repairing or replacing components as needed. Perform routine testing to verify proper function of HVAC systems. Respond to emergency service calls in a timely and professional manner. Document all work completed, including repairs, service details, and recommendations. Provide outstanding customer service, offering advice and solutions to clients when necessary. Work independently, while maintaining flexibility to collaborate with team members when needed.
