• Pay Rate: $30 - $33 per hour (depending on experience)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Sign-On Bonus: $1,500

As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial properties. Your role will involve inspecting and maintaining HVAC systems to ensure they operate efficiently, troubleshooting and diagnosing system malfunctions, and performing repairs or replacing faulty components. You will conduct system testing to verify proper function and efficiency, while also responding promptly to emergency service calls. Additionally, you'll document all work performed, including repairs and inspections, and provide exceptional customer service by clearly communicating with clients to ensure their satisfaction. While working independently, you will remain flexible and collaborate with team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience as an HVAC Technician or in general maintenance (including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry)
• Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS)
• Knowledge of energy management systems, chiller operations, and HVAC equipment
• EPA Universal HVAC Certification
• Valid driver's license
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
