Qualifications: High school diploma or GED 3 years of HVAC and general maintenance experience, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry EPA Universal certification for HVAC and a valid driver's license Ability to travel between multiple properties As an HVAC Technician, you'll play a vital role in maintaining, installing, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure that systems are running efficiently and reliably, contributing to the comfort and safety of the buildings you work on. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Inspect and assess existing HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair malfunctions across HVAC systems. Replace faulty or outdated components to restore system functionality. Perform system testing and diagnostics to verify proper operation. Respond to emergency service calls as needed. Accurately document all work completed, maintaining detailed records. Provide outstanding customer service and ensure client satisfaction. Work independently while collaborating with a team when necessary.
