Job Description:

Ryan Companies is looking for an experienced and talented Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Tampa!

This role will supporting marketing for the Southeast region of the company - Tampa & Atlanta - on a variety of marketing initiatives. They will partner with Ryan's regional and national marketing teams to create and execute brand awareness strategies, manage client development in partnership with account owners and lead marketing strategies for client events, promotional campaigns, public relations, communications, pursuits and more!

This role will be on-site at Ryan's Tampa office.

Some things you can expect to do:

  • Accountable for the management and execution of the marketing for our clients related to regional construction/development projects including but not limited: site signage and fence wrap needs, groundbreaking event, grand opening event, photography and public relations.

  • In partnership with regional marketing lead, create and execute upon the strategies related to sponsorships, client events, and industry opportunities for business development.

  • Partner with business development team members to organize and attend client events, including tradeshows and industry conferences.

  • Regional CRM oversight & maintenance for accuracy of project information, data tracking, and analysis to position regional teams to make the best decisions for growing Ryan's client base and pipeline.

  • Coordinate with national marketing team for regional social media posts and content.

  • In partnership with regional/national marketers, manage the event planning for Ryan's clients, key contacts, and all employees.

  • Lead and create regional project and people award submissions.

  • Manage external communications with key messages that will grow business development efforts and build brand awareness within the region.

  • Write, create, and manage regional project summary sheets and bios to be used for client requested deliverables.

  • Under the direction of regional leadership, coordinate the development and submission of proposals and preparation of interviews, ensuring they meet client requirements and deadlines. Pursuits can range in value from $10 million to $100 million+ in revenue.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related field is required

  • Knowledge of database concepts (such as CRM systems and their uses)

  • Must be able to create, work and deliver within a defined, often short, schedule

  • Work successfully in a fast-paced team environment

  • Must be able to hold others accountable for their contributions to top quality products and proposals

  • Solid experience with the Microsoft Office suite

  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite

You will really stand out if you have:

  • Intermediate graphic design skills

  • Business and proposal writing skills/abilities

  • Demonstrated expertise in commercial development and/or construction pursuits or high-end professional services

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Eligibility:

  • Positions require verification of employment eligibility to work in the U.S.

Compensation:

The pay range for this role is $30.77 - $38.46 per hour. The base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
