Pay rate: $42 - $47/hr. Responsibilities: Create 2D and 3D mechanical drawings for installation and coordination with other trades. Attend coordination meetings to resolve clashes within budget and constructability requirements. Collaborate with project management and field teams, adjusting drawings as needed. Travel to project sites as required. Perform additional tasks as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; one year drafting experience required. Minimum of 3 years in HVAC industry preferred. Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and HVAC/piping/duct drawings is advantageous. Strong knowledge of related trades and 3D coordination; able to read architectural and mechanical plans. Effective communication skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
