We are seeking a visionaryLead Product Managerto drive our Go-to-Market Salesforce CRM system, specifically around the Sales Cloud and AI Solutions for our global sales workforce, and would be responsible for overseeing the product development lifecycle and managing a team of product owners. You will partner with our segments, sales & operations, digital, commercial engineering, and data & analytics teams to lead the CRM strategy and roadmap. As a Lead Product Manager, you will develop a comprehensive and bold product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and set key business objectives (OKRs) for your product. You will leverage the knowledge of your product, market trends, latest product offerings as well as customer feedback and analytics to prioritize the direction and desired outcomes for your product. You will be the "voice of the product" to key stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and the product development team gets the direction and support it needs to succeed. You will encourage the open exchange of information and viewpoints, as well as inspire others to achieve challenging goals and high standards of performance.
