Our site in Colorado Springs is seeking a Manufacturing Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2025 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration. This role will be required to be onsite 40 hours per week, from January - June 2025.

Compensation: $23 - 30/hr depending on experience and educational level.

In This Role You Will:

• Create work Instructions for Operations

• Evaluate and Update Routing and Cycle Times

• Evaluate and Update Scrap Factor for Top Part Numbers

• Review and Update Master Cycle Sheets

You're A Good Fit If You Have:

• Strong Organizational Skills

• Leadership and communication skills

• Experience Analyzing Data

• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft, CAD)

• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional departments. Maintain focus and progress with daily and weekly updates to Mentor

Outstanding Candidates Will Have:

* Lean and Six Sigma Experience

Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year:

* Bachelor's or Master's level candidates pursuing Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering degrees to graduate in 2025 or 2026.
