Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer skills and the ability to learn various Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Inventory Management applications
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office


Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4 PM | $20/hr.

Customer Service Representative Job Duties



  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Purchase products and goods/materials that meet company standards
  • Review and approve assigned inventory forecast
  • Assess existing orders to expedite delivery
  • Place purchase requisitions and vendor purchase orders
  • Coordinate vendor returns
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and assigned customers
  • Product customer KPI measurement data
  • Perform other duties as assigned
