THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Enterprise Sales Manager to build and lead an impactful team of sales professionals (Express Product Specialists) to bring Adobe Express into the Enterprise. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts, driving revenue, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales targets.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Leadership and Team Management

  • Recruit, manage and lead a diverse world-class team of sales account managers.

  • You will coach and mentor a team of Account Executives to enable success.

  • This will be achieved by building a hard-working collaborative environment, that encourages deep partnerships with cross-functional teams.

Strategic Account Management

  • Support your team with their planning and prioritization of sales activities across customer accounts - with a strong focus on high potential growth opportunities.

  • Use a collaborative approach to help customers to achieve their strategic objectives, using analytical and selling skills to understand theirbusiness requirements, and to then build a value proposition based on their needs.

Customer Engagement

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key customers and team members.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to drive customer engagement and upsell opportunities.

Sales Performanceand AccurateForecastingand Reporting

  • Employsales dataanalysis,market research,design thinking, customer feedback, to create strategies & programs to bolster the performance of your sales team through the identification of market trends to find opportunities and challenges.

  • Translatesales analysisand activity into accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports with properCRMsales processtracking.

What you need to succeed

  • A builder and 'start up' mentality; understanding the goal is to own the success of Express

  • You will need to be an expert in pitching Adobe Express and demoing the product yourself so you can teach and effectively coach your team

  • Curiosity, resilience and a knack for generating creative ideas to bring value to customers

  • Demonstrate thoughtful leadership in assessing problems/ opportunities and recommending an approach to solving problems and pursuing opportunities

  • You have experience developing individual contributors in their careers and help them achieve success in their roles

  • You know how to build trusted relationships with internal and external executive sponsors and end users

  • You have 5+ years in a similar role leading teams that support SaaS organizations

  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities

  • Proven experience in using quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess customer relationships and make recommendations for each account.

  • Ability to work successfully in a collaborative environment, partnering closely with all other sales ecosystem

  • Ability to quantitatively assess your sales funnel to make sure your team is operating at peak efficiency and going to hit targets and/or adjust as needed

  • Active participation on 10+ customer facing meetings per week for your Account Representatives.

  • Experience in selling emerging technology is a bonus

  • Experience with high velocity/moderate ASP businesses/products

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $250,300 -- $386,900 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
