Great Business Systems Specialist opportunity with a company in Kaukauna! They need someone who can start ASAP, learn quickly and hit the ground running!

In this role, you will provide support to ensure that all data input and output are done timely and accurately to provide financial reports and billings, while working with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Audit, process, generate and deliver billings for Service work orders
  • Process and generate credits related to Service work orders
  • Post daily costs for Service work orders
  • Review customer purchase orders billing
  • Submit invoices and monitor customer portals related to Service billings
  • Understand tax exempt entity, use tax rules and utilize knowledge in billing work orders
  • Process customer applications in a timely manner
  • Work with the Accounting staff to ensure all Service billing information is correct and accurate
  • Approve Service technicians' weekly expenses
  • Assist internal and external customers with questions or problems
  • Create reports
  • Assist with auditing of all invoices related to the service department as needed

General Information:

Hours: 40 hours per week between the hours of 7am-5pm Monday-Friday, Flexible to hours

Length: Looking to start ASAP, Temporary approximately 1-2 months, potential to be considered for the permanent opening for the right person

Pay: $24/hour-$28/hour, based on experience

Requirements:
  • Must have Administrative Assistant experience
  • Must have 1+ year of billing/accounting experience
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Word and Excel knowledge along with being able to pick up on business operating systems quickly while working in a variety of customer portals
  • Work well independently
  • Experience working with multiple personalities, juggling many tasks and handle frequent interruptions
