We seek a highly organized and motivated individual to drive operational efficiency and help bring impactful business initiatives to life. As a Project Manager within Ping Identity's Business Transformation Office (BTO), you'll be at the forefront of priority projects that enable pricing and packaging improvements and support strategic execution across teams. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders worldwide to bring these essential initiatives to fruition. This full-time hybrid role reports to the Director of Business Transformation.

You Will:



  • Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives annually, focusing on pricing and packaging changes that align with strategic business goals.
  • Partner with Product Operations, Pricing, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Customer Care, and other departments to ensure smooth execution and cross-functional alignment on projects and processes.
  • Coordinate monthly BTO dashboard reporting and prepare materials for leadership decision-making forums.
  • Track and report on departmental OKRs and key accomplishments for Board communications.
  • Organize team syncs, brainstorming sessions, and other activities to drive team cohesion and operational alignment.
  • Ensure data accuracy and promote consistent use of team tools (e.g., project trackers, resource planning, RAID, metrics).
  • Support initiatives such as product enhancements, large-scale programs, and summits when capacity allows.


You Have:



  • 5+ years of project management, preferably within operations, business transformation, or analytics roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Suite, and project management tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills for working across teams.
  • Self-starter with a drive for continuous learning and adaptability.
  • You have worked with product & engineering departments.
  • Based in Colorado for hybrid work, with an in-office presence on Tuesdays.


You Have an Advantage If:



  • You have experience in technology or software environments, especially if you have a consulting background.
  • You are familiar with operationalizing pricing decisions.
  • You have experience in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
  • You hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • You are skilled with Salesforce, Smartsheet, JIRA, and Lucidchart.
  • You are familiar with SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.


Salary Range: $93,000 - $130,000

In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
