Pharm Tech Med Rec - Emergency - Days/Evenings

Position Highlights:

• Position: Pharmacy Tech Medicine Reconciliation

• Location: Elmhurst

• Full Time

• Hours: 10am to 8:30pm or Noon to 10:30pm (10 hrs shifts)

• Every 3rd weekend rotation and rotating holidays

What you will need:

Required Education and/or Experience:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

Required License/Certification:

• Current License as a Pharmacy Technician in the State of Illinois, and

• One of the following must be met:

General Summary:

Assists all healthcare professionals and patients, under the supervision of a pharmacist in the process of medication reconciliation during the admission process, discharge process and as required/requested, when there is a change in the patient's level of care. Works only under the supervision of a registered pharmacist.
