SUMMARY

The Manager Clinical Performance Improvement ensures the appropriate planning, implementation and monitoring of clinical performance improvement activities. They work collaboratively with appropriate stakeholders to ensure that all organizational and regulatory agency requirements are met.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Hospital Administration, Business Administration or related field.
  • Master's Degree in Public Health, Hospital Administration, Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Must have Clinical Background and CMS/ TJC abstraction and reporting experience.
  • Five (5) years or more hospital-based performance improvement, quality assurance, or utilization management experience.
  • Three (3) years of experience in leadership/management role.
  • Experience leading performance improvement teams using Lean Six Sigma concepts and methods preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or CPHQ or other industry quality certification.
