GENERAL FUNCTION

The Talent Administrator provides support to the Talent Management & People Development team by ensuring effective execution of EssilorLuxottica Talent programs and initiatives. Owns Talent data integrity, program management, and administration/vender relations. The Talent Administrator is expected to bring talent development expertise and fresh thinking to the team, provide process and program improvement ideas and stay focused on delivering meaningful talent development actions.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Executes Talent processes and programs across EssilorLuxottica. Ensure HRBPs execute appropriate processes, tools, and systems.
  • Supports HRIS team with HRBP requests including Performance Management process and tools, data updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Partners with HRIS team to ensure reporting is accurate and develops easy methods to maintain.
  • Provides support, training, and direction to HRBPs regarding Talent processes.
  • Supports the creation and distribution of Talent communications
  • Tracks and consolidates talent data to facilitate ROI process
  • Strives to educate and train employees to be more self-reliant for basic OnePerformance needs.
  • Partners with Leonardo training team to support Talent trainings for employees.
  • Act as initial point of contact in addressing Talent related issues and questions.
  • Partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders in reconciling data and providing appropriate information as it pertains to the Talent function.
  • Builds trust and provides rapid service to cross-functional partners and HRBPs.
  • Provides coordination support to in-person training including logistics and coordination of outside venders, catering, IT, office management, EAs, etc.
  • Acts as a point of contact for Outsourced venders and associated invoice payment.
  • Serves as an integral part of talent and development experience for key talents across EssilorLuxottica.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years' experience in project management, administration, or related
  • Certified in Hogan, EQi, or Insights Discovery preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Talent processes and programs
  • Sense of urgency and drive for results
  • Critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Responsive, with strong interpersonal, relationship-building and communication skills
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork; Reinforces one voice of Talent team
  • Demonstrated ability to treat confidential matters with appropriate discretion
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Pay Range: 60,405.80-90,906.73

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
