JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: We are searching for an experienced and energetic Engineering Project Manager to join the Cyber, Modeling and Simulation Division of the Communications, Information, and Navigation Office (CINO) within the Applied Research Laboratory (ARL) at Penn State. The role requires an extremely organized individual who displays a high level of professionalism and the ability to perform a wide variety of project management functions in a demanding and exciting team-oriented environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering program management, technical working group support, technical writing, and providing direct programmatic and technical support to government customers. Selected candidate will work within an agile development environment with developers, scrum master and product owners to define and deliver quality research solutions in both unclassified and classified environments. The selected candidate will interact with other PSU/ARL staff and sponsors, spending a majority of time working in a classified environment located either in State College, PA or Reston, VA. This position can be filled at multiple levels depending upon the successful candidate's education, and experience. Minimally requires a Bachelor's degree and 1 year related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
