About the Role

The HR Manager Services is a newly created role responsible for leading a dedicated team that manages and resolves employee inquiries across key areas, including payroll, benefits, compensation, HR policies, self-service tools, employee relations, and performance management. Reporting to the HR Director at our global headquarters in St. Louis, MO, this position will play a crucial part in establishing and optimizing workflows and processes to enhance the efficiency and responsiveness of the HR function. In addition to ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, the HR Manager Services will drive continuous improvement initiatives to elevate service delivery and support a positive employee experience.

Your Key Responsibilities




  • Evaluation and Improvement of HR Policies:

    • Regular assessment of existing HR frameworks to identify areas for enhancement.
    • Implementation of updated practices to align with organizational goals and employee needs.


  • Collaboration with HR Teams:

    • Effective partnership with Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to address inquiries from managers and employees promptly.


  • Management of HR Coordinators and Generalists:

    • Leading a team, providing constructive feedback, coaching, and conducting performance reviews.
    • Foster a supportive environment that enhances team members' skills and career development.


  • HR Data Analysis:

    • Review HR scorecards and metrics to derive data-driven insights and recommendations.
    • Present findings to the Director(s) of HR and suggest measurable KPIs for HR initiatives.


  • Team Member Relations and Performance Management:

    • Supervise dispute resolution, performance evaluations, and corrective actions.
    • Ensure fair application of policies and foster a positive work culture.


  • Use of HR Metrics and Analytics:

    • Employ HR metrics to inform leadership about the effectiveness and impact of initiatives.
    • Enable data-driven decision-making across HR functions.


  • Compliance and Risk Management:

    • Ensure the organization complies with employment laws and internal policies.
    • Identify potential HR risks, develop mitigation strategies, and address compliance issues proactively.




Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience (5-8 years).
  • Project management experience with a demonstrated ability to manage complex initiatives.
  • Proven experience in people management and team development.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar systems
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance standards regarding employee records management.

  • Proven experience in driving process improvements within HR functions.
  • Strong analytical skills, coupled with a creative and flexible approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in leveraging data analytics to inform decision-making and drive HR strategy
